I know this doesn't get as much attention as cheating on your spouse

But it's almost as bad:

Freshman Rep. Joe Sestak (D-PA), "a retired three-star Navy admiral, has fast developed a reputation for being a temperamental and demanding boss," with thirteen staffers having quit in his short time in Congress, The Hill reports.

Former aides explained that Sestak demands "militaristic toughness," expecting they work "seven days a week, including holidays, often 14 hours each day, going for months without a day off."

Question is, how dedicated can a member of Congress be to the rights of workers when he shows no compunction against treating his workers like this.
