Republicans prepare to pack the Georgia Supreme Court.

From Political Insider:

Having failed twice to oust incumbent justices on the seven-member Georgia Supreme Court, Republicans are apparently ready to try a Roosevelt-era tactic - expanding the court by two more seats.

I have to admire their chutzpah, at least. When appointed judges fail to toe the conservative line, Republicans whine about "unelected judges." And when elected judges fail to toe the conservative line, Republicans try to appoint more.
