BushCo: Prosperity is just around the corner!

The nation's job growth is unsatisfactory, President Bush's top economic adviser said Thursday, but he predicted hiring will pick up soon, thanks in part to the latest round of tax cuts. . . .
"This has turned in the right direction, but the numbers are unsatisfactory," Friedman said. "I think the signs are for robust growth later this year."

How many times has BushCo said that prosperity is just around the corner? How many more corners do we have to turn before America realizes we're being led in circles?
