Arnold has not apologized.

He's broadly admitted to having hurt others, and he's offered and equally broad apology. However, when confronted with the specific harms, he claims either ignorance ("I don't remember so many of the things that I was accused of having done") or innocence ("I would say most of it is not true"). So, who has he apologized to? Not E. Laine Stockton, one of his accusers: "He didn't do it to us as a group. He did it to us in public places. As far as I'm concerned, I want a face-to-face apology."

I doubt she'll get one.
